The company was founded in 2003 and since 2006 is certified Organic. It cultivates vines and is a member of the Morellino di Scansano wine growers' cooperative, olive trees, legumes and Triticum monococcum (commonly called Farro piccolo or Monococco), introduced in Tuscany by this company in 2005.

The Company Agricola Bragaglia is located in the Municipality of Magliano in Toscana, in the heart of the Maremma Grossetana.

The company it has been family-run for two generations, and is active on the territory since 1951, focusing its production on cereal crops, on the cultivation of olives and on the livestock activity, with a sheep farm for production of milk and meat given to private individuals and local Cooperative structures - Manciano cheese factory - for processing.

current presenters, Fabio, Ezio and Felio, are implementing a agricultural improvement program that includes, largely, the development of productive vocations, and provides for their integration with innovative crops to which it is moving current market demand. Therefore, the program provides:

- the enhancement and enhancement of the livestock sector - sheep breeding of 500 heads c.a - with the introduction of a own processing business;

- the construction of a small company mill for the direct transformation of olives into oil - given the presence of about 1000 plants in production - and a company sales point with self-produced sheep's milk processing laboratory.

-the experimentation of new crops and agronomic techniques aimed at the production, processing and marketing of natural products in the health and wellness sector, both food and pharmaceutical, currently represented by the responsible cultivation of Lycium Barbarum, commonly known as Goji. This year, experimentation will also be started on three other crops, such as amaranth and quinoa, by virtue of the remarkable food tolerability of their derivatives in diets that predict the absence of gluten. The experimental activities, in particular, are conducted with the scientific support of the University of Florence - Department of Chemistry and Department of Sciences of Agri-food Production and Environment -, with the University of Siena for what concerns the phytosanitary aspects of the cultivation of Goji, and with the Sant'Anna University of Pisa as regards the organoleptic characteristics of sheep's milk produced in the Company.
