Detected in November 2011, converted from 2014.

They are produced: honey, artichokes, extra virgin olive oil, winemaking grapes and white table grapes. Cereals (spelled, buckwheat). Last plants: lavender and almond trees. All certified organic.

We cultivate Api ligustica, we cultivate Teramo artichokes, Morellino DOCG grapes, Vermentino and Trebbiano white grapes.

We are a family that lives in Podere Manicone, in Cupi since 2012. The reasons that led us to settle in this place were the love for the countryside, for animals, for a healthy life in the open air. . besides the wild and pure beauty of this place. This is how the Podere Manicone Bio-Farm Company was born.

In the 16 hectares that surround our residence we produce grapes suitable for becoming Morellino di Scansano doc, some white grapes and artichokes. We then planted over 200 young olive trees of different varieties .. but to have a fair amount of oil to sell we will have to wait patiently! In 2014 we start what will become our prevailing activity as well as a passion first of all ... Beekeeping. Indeed bio-apiculture, as our agriculture is bio: everything we produce is strictly certified organic.

So we started with 30 hives and now we have about 90 of them. The apiaries are located in our lands and in those of another organic farm, in locations that provide bees with a harvest of nectar and pollen as much as possible.

We have chosen to treat the bees with the utmost respect, first of all leaving them to consume honey and avoiding forced nutrients with syrups or other preparations .. first of all their health! The honey that our bees supply us with, we extract it from the combs and put it in the jar by hand, without absolutely heating it. This is the only way to keep its fantastic properties intact and express with its pure sweetness all the biodiversity of the Maremma flora!
