The company was founded in 2003 and since 2006 is certified Organic. It cultivates vines and is a member of the Morellino di Scansano wine growers' cooperative, olive trees, legumes and Triticum monococcum (commonly called Farro piccolo or Monococco), introduced in Tuscany by this company in 2005. With company brand, produces and sells Extra virgin olive oil, Lentils, Chickpeas, Spelled einkorn wheat beans, Spelled-einkorn pasta and monococcino flour
