Wine and grappaThe Podere Cavone Farm covers about 16 hectares, is located on the top of a hill within the Maremma Regional Park area where you can enjoy a splendid view over the entire valley, from the Uccellina Mountains to the sea at Punta Ala.

VINEYARD
A part of the vineyard was renovated in 2002 and the grapes harvested there
we sell to a nearby winery, another part of the vineyard with plants
forty years old, we produce our wine , a small quantity of excellent quality that we are pleased to let our guests taste. GROVE
From our 300 olive trees plants of the leccino and frantoiano varieties ORCHARD
From the fruit harvest we get wonderful jams which we serve with breakfast along with large baskets of fresh fruit and smoothies.
Acidity never exceeds 0.3% (ex: 0.20%).
