Wine and grappaderives from an ancient sharecropping property, acquired in the 1970s. Since the late 1980s the company has been completely organic, producing grapes suitable for becoming DOCG Morellino di Scansano wine, violet artichoke from Tuscany also known as Morello, walnuts, blueberries, apricots, plums, extra virgin olive oil, durum wheat, forage.
The company donates most of its products to cooperatives or small industries, but sometimes they can be found at Unicoop Tirreno and local stores such as La Selva srl in Albinia.
Tuscany violet artichoke is a local ecotype that produces small head with thorns but very tasty. It is going to be supplanted by much more productive varieties but less features. Also the plum grown on the farm is represented by a local variety the scoscia monaca. The vineyard mainly includes Sangiovese and secondarily Cabernet
