Sasseta Alta S.s.s.a. – Agribenessere in Maremma

Abandoned and dormant company purchased in April 2008. Open to the public on 01.08.2012 after the renovation of the 4 farmhouses and the construction of the wellness center containing a 60sqm heated swimming pool, 1 130sqm gymnasium room, 2 massage rooms, changing rooms and services, realization of a bio outdoor swimming pool for guests use, planting of an olive grove of about 5 hectares with 1100 quality olive trees leccino, frantoiano, moraiolo, holm oak of the horn and pendolino, construction of cultivation areas for family vegetable garden and greenhouse of 140mq, creation of a wash-house and start of bee breeding in 14 beehives. This year two new houses were built, one for the couple-family of custodian-employees, the second as the home of the fund manager. With the construction of 2 new hectares of new olive grove on which 300 new olive trees have been created, we have reached the target capacity of 11 rooms and 2 apartments for a total of about 25-30 beds.
